Return Policy

At Bollivapes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

You may return items within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

     

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

     

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Bollivapes for warranty evaluation. If the product is determined to have a warrantable defect, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge. If no defect is found, the product can be returned to the customer at their expense.

For health and safety reasons, and due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned to us. This includes:

  • Opened disposable vapes

  • Unsealed e-liquid bottles

  • Any used vape accessories

Opened or defective items must be returned directly to the manufacturer and will be subject to the specific return and warranty policies of the manufacturer. We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for further assistance regarding these products.
