All orders are processed once full payment is received. Orders are typically shipped on the same business day or the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

We use Canada Post Express Shipping for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, or increased carrier volume during holidays.

Once your package has been picked up by Canada Post, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Due to Canadian regulations, we only ship within Canada and to customers who meet the legal age requirement to purchase vape products in their province or territory. A government-issued ID may be requested to verify age prior to shipping.
